But dear Gods help me, I think I approve of Nicolas Sarkozy.
Life remains healthy; work remains stressful. Worryingly, I seem to have acquired some kind of nest-building instinct in the past few months and am considering the merits of various sets of cookware and cushions. On Sunday, we went to an exhibition of Chinese design at the V&A, and bought postcards, and I have caught myself thinking about how best I might frame them.
In , I have started my ninth alt - this time a gnome mage called Wodget. I have a problem with my Bronzebeard alliance toons in that I can't seem to level one I like. L's main is on BB and I want to be able to play with my friends (all two or three of them) but badly need to level up.
Clearly hunters are better for solo play, but I already have one, a tauren on Llane who has dinged 67 and is doing very well - though he needs help with some group quests ... hint hint. Maybe I should bite the bullet and start a nelf hunter or some kind of warlock.
The problem is that I like solo play a whole bunch and think most of the other players are functional illiterates and not worth bothering talking to, let alone grouping with. When I get a ping saying 'u doing xyz???lolz' I pretend to ignore it and these days, I don't bother talking to new people online in the way that I did back in the HP world.
Am starting to think I fail at internet.
