shinytoaster: (Secret Bunker)

Today's Metro recounts the story of two England fans who arrived in Cologne on Monday for the Sweden game and parked their car on a street in the city centre. Being a smart cookie and recognising that parts of central Cologne are often very hard to distinguish from other parts of central Cologne, one of said fans noted the street name to help him find his car again. It was on a sign right by the car. The sign said 'Einbahn Strasse.'

Also, someone who was meant to call me this morning has not bothered, and I am very annoyed, so shortly I will phone up the PR and ask what business she has organising interviews that then don't happen.

I can understand people being a bit miffed when journalists start doorstepping them, but this was an actual pre-arranged interview. Arseholes.

:)) There's a 'secret bunker' up near my Gran's. I always go "Heh heh heh." at the signs. :D

Well, I could have found out the rough location by checking Audlem or Hack Green on the ordnance survey website if I cared.

Much easier than asking and waiting for an answer. :D
