I can see the funkeh new control tower at Heathrow from the window by my desk. Usually when you look around there's a plane hurtling up in the sky and rattling the windows over in Slough, but today I've not seen a single flight leave.

Shitloads of helicopters, though.

On High Wycombe

The cabinet-making capital of Britain, incidentally. Arrests have been made there, according to the press. One of the July 7th bombers was from High Wycombe. Clearly there's something in the water.
