shinytoasterThere is maybe an inch of settled snow outside. Probably our first significant fall since 2003. And true to form, just like in 2003, pretty much everything is suspended or delayed. Including both my tube lines. For an inch of snow. I mean, it's not unexpected, I suppose.
And the first person who says 'snow must mean no global warmingz zomg' will be shot. Right now I can hear the sound of them frantically jabbing the send button over the BBC's ever so balanced public forum, Chav Your Say.
Meanwhile I will just sit here and ponder whether it's worth going into work today, and sing my little song...
Oh just a sprinkling of powder makes the Underground go down,
In the most dee-light-ful way.
