Dear iPod Nano owners and general Apple addicts,

How bad were the scratching problems on the Nano screens? I ask because mine has developed the teensiest scratch over the screen, and it's pissing me off. I have taken such good care of it, I have not put it in any pockets with keys or coins in, I have lavished vastly overpriced socks and protective rubber tubes on it, I have all but wrapped this iPod up in cotton wool and hidden it in my sock drawer and never used it, and still it develops a scratch.

The thing is I recall hearing that the scratching on the so-called 'Bad Batch' was so bad that the screen actually became totally illegible in a very, very short space of time - and this is not what has happened to mine, it's an ickle mark on the screen that won't come off when I buff up the iPod. I guess what I'd really like is for someone, at this point, to put my mind at ease and tell me that tiny little scratches are par for the course, and that I'm fretting over nothing, and should continue to use and enjoy.
