I am an utter coward and refuse to read it all the way through. I did the crunchy granola bit years ago and already know enough to never buy milk that isn't certified organic; any more information might create too much cognitive dissonance for me to deal with.

Well, I'm a vegetarian anyway (twas raised that way) so the meat parts didn't affect me too much, mostly just the fact that everything had to have water added to it to become actual food -_-
