Me: Hey, this press release says Apple are pissed off they've not sold many iPod Nanos, but this other press release says they're happy, and I don't know which to believe.
Sexy But Straight Colleague (SBSC): Truly, Apple are never satisfied.
Me: I want an iPod.
SBSC: Yes, but I am worried about the Nanos. They're as wide as a pencil, but how do they fit the colour screen on?
beat
Me: How do you mean?
SBSC: How can there be room for a colour screen?
SBSC holds up a pencil to demonstrate
Me: Ah, that's the depth that's pencil sized, like, from front to back. The screen is on the front. The front is normal sized.
SBSC: Ah. Yes.... I knew that.

Because we're IT professionals. And you know it.

I have a nano and it's brilliant, though oh my god, the front already has little scratches on. :-L

We got two nanos at work (we have to give them away) and I got to hold it & check it out. It's been a while since I wanted to lick a piece of technology... so sexeh.
